A safari through the rainforest 

Cameroon has beautiful countryside views and is a top cultural attraction. Its 6 national parks, which are ideal for safaris, are certainly popular among tourists.

Cameroon has more than 15 million inhabitants, but is mainly populated by animals. The forests are inhabited by crocodiles, bongos and various species of ape. There are also various species of snake. Elephants, giraffes, panthers and elands roam wild in the national parks.  

Cameroon has a tropical climate with a mean temperature of 25°C. The coastal region has the highest rainfall. The best time for a visit is during the drier and cooler period from November to January. You must certainly visit a local disco in order to feel the atmosphere and dance to Mokossa, the local dance music.
