    • The fare must be for the same flights and same product (b.light economy, b.flex economy +, economy or business), same date of travel , same airport of origin and destination, same scheduled hour of departure
    • Your claim must be made online and within 1 hour following your online booking with Brussels Airlines
    • The fare must be quoted in the same currency as your Brussels Airlines booked fare
    • The fare must include all taxes and surcharges
