Our lounges are very spacious and have quiet spaces where you can do important work or handle urgent telephone calls. You will be provided with assistance there if you wish to change reservations or require help with other matters.

Who has access?

Privilege Platinum members:

Permanent access whatever the booking class
Permanent access whatever the airline
One guest is permitted

Privilege Gold members:

Permanent access whatever the booking class
Access only with a booking on Brussels Airlines flight number
One guest is permitted

Privilege Blue members:

Access only with a booking on Brussels Airlines flight in business class
No guests permitted

Business Class passengers:

Access only with a booking on Brussels Airlines in business class
No guests permitted

b.flex economy+ passengers:

Access subject to a fee

b.light economy passengers:

No access

Very different access arrangements may apply at some airports.

Access to the lounge can be bought for only €15 or 3.500 miles only for b.flex economy+ passengers

The voucher can be bought:

- In the lounge at Brussels Airport
- In the ticketing offices in Birmingham, London Heathrow, Lyon, Madrid, Milan Malpensa, Gothenburg Berlin Tempelhof and Prague

Brussels - Brussels Airlines Business Lounge

There are two lounges at the airport in Brussels, one in Terminal A (just in front of gate A42) and one in Terminal B (just in front of gate B01). The lounges are open from 5:30am until 10pm.
